MSR Multi Seal Roof Coating is a high-performance blend of styrene acrylic and butal Butadien, designed to provide a tough, rubber-like coating for metal, tile, concrete, asbestos, and marley roof tiles. It offers excellent elasticity, UV resistance, and a long-lasting protective barrier.

80m2 per 20 liters in a single coat.

Expected Lifetime: 10 Years

Built to last 10 Years. MSR Multi Seal Roof Coating provides long-lasting protection and is designed to withstand the toughest conditions for up to 10 years.

Fair Usage Policy: 5-year Guarantee (Terms and Conditions Apply).

Cleaning & Storage

Clean surfaces thoroughly with water and mild soap before application. Storage: Keep containers closed and store between 5°C - 40°C. Do not stack more than 3 containers high.

Application Instructions

Surface Preparation: Clean and degrease the roof. Treat rusted areas with Metal Treat.

Repair Leaks: Use Geo Fabric with MSR to repair any roof leaks.

First Coat: Apply the first coat of MSR and allow to dry for 4 hours.

Second Coat: Apply the second coat for long-lasting durability.
