At Rubber-it, we aim to deliver your order in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping: We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back for updates as we expand our shipping capabilities.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics) may cause delays. We are not liable for such delays but will notify you of any significant disruptions.
Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are based on the weight and dimensions of your package, as well as your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our carrier’s website.
Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at dudley@rubber-it.co.za. We will do our best to update your information before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee address changes after processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at dudley@rubber-it.co.za within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if necessary, work with the courier to resolve the issue.
